My experience from buying my car Mercedes Benz GLE 350 from this branch is the worst experience so far from the purchase to after sale service. I would never recommend anyone buying any car from this branch. One the mangers of the branch names Mr. Todd a black American is the worst manager I have seen with customers. Customer service is negative and if I could give a rating of negative 10 rating I would give because it my worst experience….
Amazing dealership. Patient. got me a 2027 dodge durango off the lot. Came to agreement with payment etc. They also helped me get my tags faster so i want to give a big thanks. They make it happen here !

They were great to deal with. I found a car on Cars.com a brand new 2025 Jeep Wrangler that was a 2 model year older model, but new. I am in South Carolina, so we negotiated and did all the paperwork virtually and the arranged shipping. They took 360 videos before and after it was loaded and it arrived in perfect condition. Special shout out to Kai, Mohamed and Todd! Everyone I spoke with was very nice.
Overall, I am happy with my experience here to purchase a used vehicle. They have a business to run and I believe the trade in value was a touch lower than what I believed my vehicle was worth…5-star rating though because they worked with me to get closer to an acceptable price and they are an extremely friendly group. Ask to work with Mike “Showtime” Snowden if you are in the market for a new vehicle, you won’t be disappointed.

Brought my car in for servicing after getting in an accident, and was so happy with the experience I had here. The process was smooth, and I was updated through it all! Very friendly & experienced staff, and my car was taken care of. Will definitely come back here for future servicing needs!

I drove 2 hours to look at a truck, only to discover it needed an estimated $2,000–$3,000 in maintenance, including a timing belt, water pump, and tires. The tires were visibly bald, yet the vehicle had apparently passed their service inspection. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the quality of their inspections.
To make matters worse, they refused to honor the online price that had been advertised for 10 days and attempted to increase the price by another $1,500 without any legitimate justification.

this is the worst experience i’ve had with a car dealership to this day , the warranty i’ve been paying for doesn’t cover any of the repairs and issues wrong with the vehicle i even got an extended warranty and not a damn thing is covered , ive gotten the car fixed several times and now its another issue and they’re telling me i need pay another thousands of dollars and not even offering a loaner vehicle ! my payments have been on time i’m very upset with the treatment ive endured ! and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
